I’ve worked in the health and fitness industry for the past 14 years, both in the UK and overseas, supporting people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to move and feel better.

My approach is relaxed, realistic, and supportive. I’m passionate about helping people to move more comfortably, feel more confident in their own capabilities, and enjoy the everyday benefits that come with moving well!

I believe small, consistent changes can make a big difference. No matter how big or small your goal feels, I’d love to help you move and feel better.
